Our client is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis while covering an employee leave. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, excels at multitasking, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. The Receptionist will provide front desk coverage, administrative support, and clerical assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greets customers, vendors and guests.
  • Determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
  • Answers, screens and directs phone calls to staff. Take messages as necessary.
  • Receives and distributes mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries.
  • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
  • Provides support for inventory clerk and supporting team with scanning and uploading of new unit documents and photos for quick and efficient processing to our website and DMS.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate a multi-line phone system.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple tasks and demands.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous receptionist experience preferred.
